Jalah Clayton is a dedicated Public Health professional who finds joy in supporting others to be the healthiest version of themselves. Jalah’s passion has guided her to experiences helping others to make healthy and affordable food choices, increase and sustain physical activity, destigmatize the use of mental health resources, advocate for balanced and supportive work environments, and more. She believes that every community should be supported in the pursuit of holistic health, and that economically feasible options for preventative health practices should be accessible to all. Jalah achieved her MPH in Community Health Education from UNCG and her BA in Exercise Science and Sociology from UNC-CH. As a NC native, Jalah is always excited to pour back into the communities that have poured so much into the person she is today. In her leisure time, you can find her working out, eating some delicious food to fuel her gains, and spending time with her cat child, Nala Lily.
