My name is Matthew Oates and I am an organic grower who lives in Huntersville, NC. For the past three years I have been renting land on Lomax Research and Education Farm in Concord, NC, out of which I operate my business Wild Oates Farm. I grow organic seasonal vegetables, and you can find my stand at markets in the Huntersville area from May into December. When I'm not farming, I'm cooking up all of our delicious vegetables coming out of the field. Ask us for our favorite recipes!
